So I got mono, either before Thanksgiving, or from Cole's sister-in-law that had just gotten over it. So yeah, sorry for everyone who wanted me to hold their babies over break...

December so far...

So besides eating too many sweets and breaking up with my wonderful boyfriend, I have done things this month!! Namely, I turned 20, that's a big deal, and I'm getting ready for finals, also kind of a big thing. Here are some pictures...

I went to the Temple on my birthday after I did Houseboat laundry in the morning. It made me feel really good and was a good trip overall.

I spent the day searching for a new Winter coat to adopt. I found good ol' Mr. Orange atBurlington. I actually put it on layaway and got it yesterday on the way to Emily's b-day in Payson.

During the night of my birthday we went to The Duchess at the dollar theatre in Provo, and A Muppet Christmas Carol at the dollar theatre in the student center. This is a picture of the Ice Age 3 trailer before Christmas Carol.

Becca made me a Black Forest cake for my birthday, and all the homies made me oreo balls. I think this is when Too Many Sweets December started. Some night last week, I didn't screw the cap all the way on my laundry detergent...

This morning I made an hour by hour plan for this week as to maximize productivity and scorage.

PS how do I get it so my pictures enlarge when you click on them?

Too many sweets.

I'm really looking forward to the Holidays, mostly watching library movies with Whitney and knitting, and squeezing babies. Life seems so simple when you're squeezing other people's kids.

Work's been crazy. I've been sewing for hours daily but seem to get nothing done. Next week I'll work a lot. I want to get Meers completely put together before break. We dyed her slip orange today, it was exciting.

I left a copy of Pygmalion I checked out from the library in Cole's car over Thanksgiving. He's found it however and is sending it to me.

I want to make a dress for the two wedding receptions I have the night I get back in. I think I'll work the first half of the day, study and take tests the second half, and sew at night next week. That sounds like a good plan.

I've had a lot of sweets this week and hardly any meals. That's no good. I eat truffels or fudge or whatever all day in the costume shop, then I'm not hungry for my lunch when I get off of work at 2 or 3, so I don't eat until I get home at 5 or 6. That's no good.

We had a Jingle and Mingle for Enrichment tonight. It was a dessert potluck. I at six truffels at work, skipped lunch, had a grilled cheese sandwich for dinner then a plate full of other people's desserts. I'm picky about desserts.

We went to Sister Flygar's (our RS lady) house for the activity. It was AMAZING! Imagine a Christmas Hunting Lodge and you have her house. It was very festive.

My brain exploded on Tuesday, it's still recovering. This has been the longest week of the semester.

It's not that bad

I am doing really very good for having just broken up. I am sad, but don't worry too much about me. A man I deeply care about and that I talked to everyday will no longer be in my life. That sucks, but we both know nothing was wrong with either of us, or our relationship necessarily. The bottom line is that the Lord has different people for us set aside somewhere. I have faith that this is all for the best and thank our Heavenly Father for giving me such comfort throughout this whole thing.

I can't wait to come home for Christmas and make fudge and love on babies and watch cheesy Hallmark movies!! I'll see you all soon!

Just throwing it out there...

Cole and I broke up. I'm really ok, so don't worry. I just thought this would be the quickest way for people to learn.
